The Mets continued their winning ways on Tuesday night coming back multiple times to defeat the Miami Marlins 8-6. After falling behind 6-4, Wilmer Flores and Asdrubal Cabrera hit home runs in the top of the eight inning to draw the score even at six a piece. In the top of the ninth, Yoenis Cespedes delivered the game winning double, driving in Amed Rosario and Michael Conforto to give the Mets an 8-6 lead. In the bottom of the inning, Jeurys Familia made quick work of the Marlins, recording his sixth save of the season and leading the Mets to their best ten game start in franchise history.
