Noah Syndergaard took to the hill for the final game of 2018 and dominated. He pitched his second complete game of 2018 but this time it was a complete game shutout for the big righty. He was quick and efficient with his pitches and had no trouble making a 1-0 lead stand up. After an emotionally draining weekend, the Mets finished their season on a high note as they face an uncertain future without their captain and with a new GM.
The David Wright era is now officially over but for the Captain and the fans they will always have one final night to remember.
