Mets Morning News: Sandy Alderson discusses upcoming offseason, Mets lose late to Marlins

Taijuan Walker pitched one of his best games as a Met but unfortunately the bullpen could not hold the lead and both the Mets and Walker did not walk away with the win. However, Michael Conforto blasted a very long home run in what could be one of his last games in the orange and blue.

Before the game the Mets placed Tomás Nido on the injured list and recalled Patrick Mazeika.

With a long offseason looming, Sandy Alderson met with the media to discuss all of the upcoming decisions this organization will have to make including Luis Rojas and the front office.
