The Mets began a three-game set in Seattle last night which will conclude their lengthy road trip. It was a less than auspicious opening to the series, as the bats failed to score against Bryce Miller and the Mariners bullpen. José Quintana surrendered five runs in 6.2 innings, and that was more than enough as the Mets fell 6-0.
