The Mets had their second straight game washed away by rain. The team will make it up as part of a single-admission doubleheader, beginning today at 4:10pm. Tickets to last night’s game will not be valid today, but will instead be credited and can be used to purchase a future game.
The Mets have played just five games in the first 12 days of the MLB season.
Luckily for the team, brighter skies are on the horizon as the Mets are set to play two.
The Mets will turn to Taijuan Walker, in his regular spot, and Marcus Stroman, coming off his 9-pitch outing on Sunday, for today’s doubleheader.
