Jacob deGrom continued his streak of resurgent brilliance, tossing seven innings and striking out eight in the Mets’ 4-1 victory over the Marlins. He even drove in a run to boot. deGrom was lifted by back-to-back home runs from Pete Alonso and Michael Conforto and Edwin Diaz notched his tenth save of the season.
