Mets' Mickey Callaway ejected for the first time as manager

Mets manager Mickey Callaway was ejected for the first time in his managerial career in the Mets' series opener against the Braves in Atlanta on Tuesday night.

Callaway seemed to be upset after home plate umpire Stu Scheurwater did not send Brandon Nimmo to first base after he was apparently hit by a pitch.

Nimmo eventually walked, which helpeed set up Jay Bruce's two-run double later in the inning.

Callaway was last ejected during his tenure as pitching coach of the Indians.
