Mets-Marlins have another doubleheader on tap

The Mets and Marlins will play a single-admission doubleheader at Citi Field starting Thursday at 3:10 p.m., with the second game scheduled to begin 20 minutes after the conclusion of the opener.
The teams were forced into the unfortunate twinbill by the wet weather that caused a 5-hour, 35-minute rain delay before just one game of Wednesday’s scheduled doubleheader was played.

The Mets announced that fans holding tickets for Wednesday’s game can exchange them for a scheduled home game against Atlanta from Sept. 25-27 or any regularly scheduled home Monday-Thursday game next April other than Opening Day.

Tickets for Tuesday’s game, which had also been postponed, can also be exchanged for any remaining regular-season game or those Monday-Thursday April games next season — other than Opening Day.
