NEW YORK -- For six straight days, the New York Mets have won. For five of those days, Jeurys Familia has pitched the ninth inning to earn a save. If the Mets are to extend the streak to seven with a Saturday night win over the Miami Marlins, though, it will be without Familia in the ninth.

Manager Terry Collins said Saturday afternoon that he plans to give both Familia and left-handed specialist Jerry Blevins the night off, citing their recent workload.
