SYRACUSE 19, WORCESTER 3 (BOX)
Jonathan Pintaro was decent, not allowing a run over four innings, but he was walking a tightrope, scattering four hits and walking four. Thanks to Tyler Zuber, the Red Sox took the lead in the fifth. They held it for a few innings, but in the seventh, Syracuse came storming back with a six run innings. They weren’t done there, and in the ninth, they scored a whopping nine more. In total, Syracuse scored 19 runs on an aesthetically pleasing 19 hits and 9 walks, but crazily enough, not a single home run.
