Triple-A: Syracuse Mets (42-66)
Buffalo 6, Syracuse 4 / 6 (BOX)
Syracuse lost in a rain shortened game, though there was plenty of action involved. All of the Mets runs came on home runs. The first, a Cheslor Cuthbert solo homer, made it a 1-0 game in the second inning. That 1-0 score actually held until the fifth inning, where starter Josh Walker simply imploded. He gave up all six runs in that frame, including two home runs.
The Mets made a comeback attempt in the top of the sixth (which for some reason was not listed on the box score at the time of the writing) by way of a Travis Blankenhorn three run home run (which definitely happened).
