This one was all Scranton/Wilkes-Barre and it wasn’t even at any point close. Dom Hamel allowed nine earned runs- the most he’s allowed this season- in his four-plus innings of work, raising his ERA on the year to 6.77. Not to be outdone, Josh Hejka gave up seven runs (though only two were earned) in his inning of work. On the plus side…well, there was no plus side for the Mets in this one.
