The 51s scored in each of the first four innings en route to a 9-6 win over Iowa. Peter Alonso was the start of the offense, going 4-for-5 with a three-run home run and finishing a triple short of the cycle. Cody Asche also had a big day with a triple and a two-run home run of his own. Drew Gagnon capitalized on the big offensive performance, logging six innings of two-run ball and strikign out nine. Chris Beck made things a big interesting in the ninth, allowing three runs, but ultimately held on for the win.
