Triple-A: Syracuse Mets (38-58)

Syracuse led for a decent amount of this loss, scoring a run in the second inning on a Cheslor Cuthbert double play. That 1-0 lead held until the fifth, when starter Josh Walker served up a two run home run. Mason Williams answered with a home run of his own — this one of the solo variety — to tie it a two apiece in the sixth. Unfortunately for the Mets, the offense ended there (much like their major league counterparts!
