Mets Daily Prospect Report, 7/8/18: Five one-run games highlight a rough day on the Mets farm

Triple-A: Las Vegas 51s (42-48)

GAME 1

Nabil Crismatt made his Las Vegas debut in Game One of Saturday’s doubleheader and ran into trouble in the sixth inning, allowing three runs without recording an out. Crismatt had been serviceable for the previous five innings, however, and his sixth frame implosion came on the heels of four Vegas runs in the top of the inning. Colton Plaia plated Luis Guillorme with a sacrifice fly; Ty Kelly and Zach Borenstein each contributed RBI doubles, and Jacob Rhame would make the lead stand up, as he cleaned up Crismatt’s mess and finished out the shortened game.
