LAS VEGAS 5, RENO 4 (BOX)
The 51s and Aces played an exciting, back-and-forth game on Saturday evening, with Las Vegas ultimately coming out on top thanks to a bases-loaded walk from Peter Alonso. PJ Conlon took the ball for Vegas in this game, and he ran into trouble almost immediately, giving up an RBI double to Kevin Cron in the first inning. The 51s would respond in the third inning, though, on back-to-back one out RBI singles from Christian Colon and Jeff McNeil, although they would eventually leave the bases loaded on an Alonso groundout.
