Mets manager Terry Collins recently shared with Kevin Kernan what the team’s lineup could be heading into the 2016 season, and it came out as follows:
- Curtis Granderson, RF
- David Wright, 3B
- Yoenis Cespedes, CF
- Lucas Duda, 1B
- Neil Walker, 2B
- Michael Conforto, LF
- Travis d’Arnaud, C
- Asdrubal Cabrera, SS
- Pitcher
Collins added that Wilmer Flores, who was the team’s starting shortstop for the majority of last season, will be used as a super utility player, getting time at all four infield positions.
