The Mets PR department must be breathing a sigh of relief as it was significantly tamer than his appearance on Andy Cohen. Have you not heard about that glorious form of entertainment? I recapped it for you; you’re welcome!
Anyway, back to Harvey’s appearance on Seth Meyers. Like I said, it was much more controlled. We did however find out one hysterical piece of information – that Harvey sometimes mistakes fellow pitcher Jacob deGrom for a woman in the locker room because of his flowing locks. We all admire deGrom’s flow, but you can’t help but laugh at Harvey’s explanation:
When he first got called up, we were locker mates, and I would walk into the locker room (and people are allowed in at certain times) but walking into my locker thinking I could do what I want to do and then seeing just hair over the back of the chair, I was getting a little concerned that there was a lady sitting next to my locker.
