Mets ace Matt Harvey, who suffered from dehydration and "weakness" during and after his start Wednesday night did not fly with the team to Miami, a team spokesman confirmed.
The Mets expect him to make his next scheduled start Tuesday in Washington, D.C., vs. the Nationals.
Harvey, who picked up his 12th win of the season in 6-plus innings of work Wednesday did not require treatment by a doctor, but remained in the trainer's room well after he exited the game. The right-hander did not do his usual post-game press availability.
There was no update on Daniel Murphy, who left Wednesday night's game with "mild discomfort," in his left quad.
