David Phelps (1-0, 3.55 ERA) heads to the mound for the Miami Marlins on Tuesday to face Rafael Montero (0-1, 4.15 ERA) and the New York Mets.

Phelps will make his second start against the Mets this season. He allowed one run on one hit in 4 2/3 innings in a no-decision on April 17.
