Is Ruben Tejada a fit for the Cardinals?

Matt Harvey will make his first start of the spring Monday against the Braves at Champion Stadium at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Disney.

"As we saw during [last] season, it took him a little while to really round into pitching," Terry Collins said of Harvey on Monday. "We had enough reports to say, 'Look, that late life may not be there last year.' That's one of the things we talked about that we didn't think he had."

Harvey, 26, threw 203 innings in 2015, during which he had a 2.74 ERA and struck out 199 batters.
