Mets pitcher Noah Syndergaard has hand, foot and mouth disease, but at least he hasn't lost his sense of humor.

Syndergaard, who is on the DL due to the disease and may miss just one start, took to Twitter to post what it may look like when he boards the plane to Pittsburgh with his teammates later this week.
