Gsellman's offseason adjustment: Improving posture while playing video games

After a disappointing 2017 season, Robert Gsellman has made a big adjustment this offseason: his posture.

The pitcher is now conscious of perfecting his posture at all times, whether it's walking through the clubhouse or playing the video game Call of Duty with his teammates.

"I've got to make sure I put a pillow behind my back and my shoulders are straight [when playing Call of Duty]," Gsellman told Tim Britton of The Athletic. "It helps with recovery."

Last season, Gsellman followed up an impressive rookie cameo with a disastrous sophomore slump.
