I’d love to talk more about Saturday’s 1-0 loss to the Nationals. (I will say that I have no problem with Dilson Herrera being aggressive and trying to take that extra base.) But to be quite honest, it was so damn cold up in section 339 that we spent three innings walking around the lower deck contemplating buying a $95 sweatshirt to keep warm while meandering around the heated souvenir stores. Then we spent the last four innings at McFadden’s. I will say that we got our Jacob deGrom Garden Gnomes … which was the highlight of the night, unfortunately.
