According to another Twitter user, who responded to the tweet, the video is of Bartolo Colón pitching in Villa Isabela, Puerto Plata.
The former New York Mets’ right-hander didn’t pitch in the majors this past season and is currently being deemed a free agent. He last performed for the Texas Rangers in the 2018 campaign where he appeared in 28 games, starting in 24 of them. He finished that year with a record of 7-12, an ERA of 5.
