The Mets won their seventh straight and completed a sweep of the Orioles with a 7-1 victory this afternoon at Citi Field. Former Met Matt Harvey took the bump for the Orioles, and was greeted warmly by Mets fans in Queens. Sadly for Harvey, his former teammates were not as kind as the fans were.
The Mets knocked around the Former Dark Knight to the tune of seven earned runs over four and a third innings pitched. The first blow came on a two-RBI triple off the bat of Kevin Pillar in the bottom of the second inning.
