Final Score: Braves 7, Mets 3-We want David

The Mets had a lead until the bullpen entered and it all fell apart quickly in the Mets 7-3 loss.

Noah Syndergaard got the start and looked shaky early on but settled in as the game went along. He threw alot of pitches in the early innings which might have led to his exit in the sixth inning. In six innings of work he didn’t allow any runs, struck out five, and the Mets had a 3-0 lead.

The bulk of the Mets’ runs came in the third. Michael Conforto put the Mets on the board first with a RBI double, and came home with the second run on a Jay Bruce RBI single.
