A college-bound Long Island kid got bombed, sneaked into a Mets game and allegedly pummeled a 75-year-old security supervisor — who turned out to be a legendary Big Apple homicide detective, The Post has learned.
Now, Garrett Morgan, 18, will be in a Queens courtroom on the August day he was supposed to head to Clemson University for his freshman year — to answer for his run-in with retired NYPD cop Tom McKenna.
The Garden City teen, who is a Yankees fan, admitted to The Post he was drinking before Tuesday’s game against the St. Louis Cardinals at Citi Field.
