The 2015 World Series will be experience vs. starting pitching, says MLB Network’s Sean Casey, and in his eyes, experience wins.
The former big-leaguer, who played in the 2006 World Series with the Tigers, was a guest on this week’s Daily News SportsTalk podcast, and he believes when the series is over, Kansas City will be holding the the trophy.
“The Royals win because of experience. Been there last year, and they will figure out how to win the tight games. Royals in 7.”
Casey said if the Mets do win it, their “dominant starting pitching” will be the reason.
