Citi Field has awesome method to keep Mets fans entertained amid rain delay

It was a long rain delay in Queens, New York Tuesday night. Jacob deGrom was supposed to head to the mound and the Mets attempted to patiently wait until the rain passed — it did not, they and the Brewers eventually postponed the matchup.

But prior to the cancelation, there was obviously a bulk of impatience among the fans, which prompted Citi Field to throw a game of Major League Baseball Featuring Ken Griffey Jr. on the stadium’s centerfield jumbotron.

The video game was published by Nintendo in May 1998 for the N64 platform.
