NEW YORK -- Already running short on players, the Mets have another injury concern. Left fielder Yoenis Cespedes left Thursday night's game against the Phillies after the fifth inning with a left hamstring cramp.
Cespedes pulled up running to second base in the bottom of the fifth. He walked to lead off the inning and was erased when Jay Bruce followed by grounding into a double play. Juan Lagares replaced Cespedes when the Mets took the field for the sixth, with Lagares playing center field and Michael Conforto moving to left.
