The New York Mets traded for Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Keon Broxton on Saturday, sending right-hander Bobby Wahl and a pair of minor leaguers back in return.
Broxton hit .179 with four home runs and 11 RBIs in 51 games for the Brewers last season.
Wahl had a 10.13 ERA in seven appearances for the Mets, allowing nine hits and two home runs over 5 1/3 innings.
"The addition of Bobby Wahl gives us another power arm in the bullpen," Brewers general manager David Stearns said in a statement.
