Mets fanatics irritated by Tom Brady’s attempt to rip off the nickname of an Amazin’ legend will hold a rally Tuesday at Sojourn restaurant on the Upper East Side, The Post has learned.
The insufferable Patriots quarterback, through his company Teb Capital Management, last week filed a trademark request for the moniker “Tom Terrific,” first and more commonly associated with Mets legend Tom Seaver.
“He already won six Super Bowl rings and he wants to literally take Tom Terrific name away from the New York Mets which I’m a diehard fan of,” Sojourn owner Sammy Musovit, 55, said.
