Mets 1B prospect Dash Winningham's second season with the Low-A Columbia Fireflies got off to a resounding start. An eighth-round pick in 2014 out of high school in Ocala, Fla., Winningham began this season with consecutive four-RBI games.

The 21-year-old Winningham currently is hitting .246 with one home run and 13 RBI through 65 at-bats. The RBI total leads the Fireflies and ranks sixth in the South Atlantic League.

"The first couple of games I felt like I was comfortable," Winningham said. "I felt like I had a good approach and I was putting balls in play hard and squaring them up and they were falling.
