5 women accuse former New York Mets manager Mickey Callaway of sexual harassment

Five women have come forward to accuse Mickey Callaway, former Mets manager and current Angels pitching coach, of sexual misconduct. Brittany Ghiroli and Katie Strang of The Athletic were the first to report on this subject Monday night.

The women, all anonymous, work in sports media.

Behavior allegedly included the sending of unsolicited messages and inappropriate pictures, the requesting of naked photos, uncomfortable comments about their appearance, and the thrusting of his crotch area near a reporter’s face. Callaway also apparently told a female reporter that he would reveal information on the Mets if she got drunk with him.
