NEW YORK — The Phillies couldn't generate any runs in their 2-0 loss to the Mets on Monday, and it isn't likely to get any easier in their second meeting in Flushing.
Mets ace Matt Harvey (1-0) will make his long-awaited return to Citi Field on Tuesday and take the mound at home for the first time since 2013. He'll face fellow righty David Buchanan (0-1), who will start for the Phillies.
