Season Record: 85-54 (Eastern League Eastern Division, 2ndPlace)
Not only did new manager Luis Rojas have big shoes to fill, as his predecessor, Pedro Lopez, was one of the most winning managers in Binghamton baseball history, but with the club having been rebranded from the Binghamton Mets to the Binghamton Rumble Ponies, it was his duty to start things off on the right foot. Rojas did that and more, guiding the Ponies to 85-54 record, good for a playoff berth.
Binghamton won the first game against Trenton, but lost the next three, getting knocked out of the Eastern League playoffs.
