Duke freshman and big-time NBA prospect Zion Williamson is getting ready for a big college basketball game at Madison Square Garden on Thursday night against Texas Tech.
“That’s where big names are made,” said Williamson, per Mike Vaccaro of the New York Post.
Williamson and Duke will have a big test against Texas Tech, who is currently 10-0 so far this season. It will be interesting to see how he does against the Blue Devils’ first big game.
Williamson is expected to be the number one overall pick in the 2019 NBA Draft and with the New York Knicks having one of the worst records in the league so far this season, they could end up with the top pick.
