The New York Knicks stand at 1-4. While David Fizdale’s team has battled in the fourth quarter frequently, especially on the road, closing out games has been a constant concern, something that’s carried over from a year ago.
Young RJ Barrett has been tremendous. Julius Randle has played solidly. Kevin Knox looks much-improved. But until this young squad figures it out late in games, wins will remain tough to find.
The Knickerbockers seek their second victory on Friday night when they take on the Celtics in Boston. They’ll return home for the Sacramento Kings on Sunday.
