Growing up a die-hard ’90s NBA fan, the league was filled with popular superstars that wore the #32. Shaq, Magic, “The Mailman”, Kevin McHale, Jason Kidd, and even Charles Barkley for one season, the list of superstars seemed endless. Who did the Knicks have for me to associate it with in the ‘90s?... Herb Williams.
X was already gone before I really got hooked on the Knicks, so I never got to appreciate his time here. If you recall back to WWIB #9, I stated that more times than not, it doesn’t matter to me how many players continue to wear a specific number, some number associations are engrained in my brain.
