The Westchester Knicks entered the second game of a back-to-back missing three players (Bryce Brown, Justin Patton and Ignas Brazdeikis) who were out with a variety of minor injuries. That didn’t faze the Knicks, however, as Westchester held the lead for the entire first half and led by as many as 18 points.
The Greensboro Swarm cut the deficit to 64-57 at the half and went on a 12-0 run in the third quarter to make it a one-point game. That was the closest the Swarm would get, as the Knicks kept the pressure on their opponents and picked up a 118-106 win over Greensboro.
