The first time Doron Lamb suited up for the Westchester Knicks was during the team’s inaugural season. On Feb. 19, 2015, Lamb was traded by the Texas Legends to Westchester. The Kentucky product asserted his scoring to the team in his first several games with the team. He scored 27-plus points in back-to-back games in his second and third game with the Dub Knicks.
In his eighth game with Westchester, Doron Lamb recorded a franchise-record 40 points over the Iowa Wolves (then Iowa Energy). Only one other player (John Jenkins) has reached the 40-point mark in Westchester’s history.
