Life on the road continued for the Westchester Knicks (16-11), as they traveled further Northwest to face the Salt Lake City Stars (13-11). And although, they were missing their leading scorer John Jenkins because of injury, the W-Knicks received much help to compete with their opposition. Unfortunately it wasn’t enough, as the Stars outlasted them, 124-113 on Monday night.
From the game’s early beginning, it was apparent the Stars would have success shooting the trey ball. En route to their 21 made three pointers, the most by any W-Knicks opponent this season, they converted three of them within the first five minutes.
