This might surprise you but in all seriousness, it shouldn’t. A crowd filled with overly excited kids, who get to watch a sporting event during school hours, makes for a great time. Oh, it’s true! I say this because on Thursday morning, the Westchester Knicks (27-18) played in their annual Kids Day game, which was attended by several schools from the area. And with so much energy in the building, the W-Knicks were fueled by it and defeated the Windy City Bulls (24-20), 127-118.
As the kids filled Westchester County Center, danced and cheered loudly at every step of the way, the W-Knicks matched their efforts by easily controlling this game.
