Preseason basketball may have already begun, but that doesn’t mean the New York Knicks are finished wheeling and dealing around the fringes of their roster.
The front office started off Tuesday by waiving guard Tyrius Walker, who played for the Knicks in Monday night’s win over the Wizards. The Morehouse College alum scored 1 points and committed 2 turnovers in the 124-121 victory.

The Knicks wasted no time in signing guard John Jenkins to replace Walker.
