Should the Knicks retain Nerlens Noel or Taj Gibson as their reserve center?

The New York Knicks had an incredible regular season in 2021, led by All-Star Julius Randle and the emergence of head coach Tom Thibodeau. Focusing on elite defense, the Knicks ranked first in points allowed per game, averaging 104.7. However, their offense struggled at times, as the team averaged 107 points, good for 26th in the NBA.

The lack of a true scoring big man played its part in the postseason, and there are several options this upcoming off-season that could represent an upgrade. The Knicks could try and trade for a player like Myles Turner from the Indiana Pacers, considering they have another C/PF in Domantes Sabonis, who ultimately makes Turner expendable at the right price.
