HOUSTON – Kevin Durant is going to remember this slight next season.
In an apparent sign of disrespect, several of the Rockets starters, including James Harden and Chris Paul, left the bench for the locker room with about 1:30 to go in their 120-96 blowout of the Knicks Friday.
The loss clinched the Knicks (15-64) having the worst record in the NBA this season and the Rockets treated them as such.
MSG Network’s Alan Hahn, in the post-game show, went on a rant, stating the Rockets showed “disrespect’’ and the young Knicks players who are back next season should file this away.
