A few weeks ago, it was speculated that Tom Thibodeau would receive an extension at some point this summer. While it took a bit longer than we all expected, it is now (almost) official.
Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reported at around 2 p.m. ET on July 24 that the Knicks head coach has agreed on a three-year extension with the franchise that will take him through the 2027-28 season.
