How It Happened:
On the final stop of the 4-game road trip, the Knicks could not find the offensive rhythm that propelled them to two wins in Oklahoma City and Houston. New York was presented with some opportunities to upend the Magic on their home floor but ultimately Orlando withstood the runs and captured the 100-91 victory.
The best chance for the Knicks occurred at the 7:41 mark of the final stanza. Kristaps Porzingis swatted Victor Oladipo at the rim, which directly led to a Jose Calderon triple. Calderon’s bucket trimmed Orlando’s advantage to just six points.
