The Grant men — particularly the elder identical twins and Harvey’s four sons — are known for their considerable height and shared position of power forward.
With one exception.
Jerian Grant, pronounced “JeR-an,” is the point guard of the family, the runt, relatively speaking, at about 6-foot-4. In an informal poll of people who would know, Jerian carried his height around like a grudge.
“I always felt like he had a little bit of an inferiority complex because he’s not a 6-9 power forward like the rest of them,” says Jerian’s coach at Notre Dame, Mike Brey.
